Day 4- 8/5/10

Hello!


Today was another workout-less day.  Why?  Because I am going to Lollapalooza over this weekend~ LOTS of walking/standing around tomorrow and Sunday. I took it easy on the eating today as well.  Saturday I will be working out, I will be home that day. 

Breakfast

1 bowl of rice and an egg

Lunch

Mashed potatoes with a LITTLE butter in it 

Dinner

6 inch Italian BMT sub from Subway 

Dessert

A snack cake *about 200 calories*
1 glass of coca cola


Tomorrow I am going to still blog/watch the calories albeit very late at night- Going to see Lady Gaga tomorrow night- she also is rumored to be doing the Tracy Anderson Method too! I will be filming the concert/taking pics~ I'll put them up for your enjoyment! :)
