What my workouts should be like (according to me)

Hello everyone!

A while back I posted about how I've been changing my eating habits and what a day generally looks like for me.

And while I said I will continue with turbo fire, here's what I want my day (workoutwise) to start looking like.

This may be a bit much but this is only until I get to around 160-175 pounds.

During this summer, I'd like each day to have the following included-

1. At least an hour of walking.
2. Goal- 60 minutes of Turbo Fire (Not the HIIT DVDs yet- not ready!) but 30 when I am pressed for time.
3. Tracy Anderson Post Pregnancy/Mat Dvds. (Not both on the same day, I want to start on PP since it's shorter and easier on the legs (NOT on the abs and that is where my real trouble spot is) and move on to the full on Mat workout. Neither of these have funky circus moves or balancing on chairs, or anything else that my current weight makes me feel uncomfortable about.)
4. P90X X Stretch. A very thorough, full body guided stretch workout. Prefer to do this before bed, so I go to bed with less soreness.

I also am trying to move more in general around the house, today I scrubbed down my  basement floor and basement bathroom.

The only reason I am doing so much exercise is to get the inital weight off. I thought about doing Chalean Extreme (which is weight lifting) but I do not eat enough protein whatsoever for any weight training program.  Also, at this time, strength is not so much a goal as fat loss.

Also on the subject of protein- instead of just one serving of protein at dinner, I plan on working it into lunch as well.  I think it would be better to keep me on track and not go on a cheat-spree.  I tend to crave protein a lot, so I think this will be helpful.

First P90X, then Tracy, now Jillian?

Hello everyone!

I don't have much to say about my own progress today, but I did come across this commercial-  Jillian Michaels now has a 90 day program out.

It seems like everyone's trying the 90 day thing every since P90X- including Tracy (which I call T90X).

I don't think I will be buying this- I already spent money and stuff for Metamorphosis- My continuity 1.3 is on the way right now!   Will any of you be buying it, or thinking of buying it?  Post in the comments!

Have a great Saturday!!!!!

1/1/12

Hello everyone!!!!

I hope everyone had a fun New Year's Eve!  I was less than good dietwise.  I ended up having some cheese pizza to ring in the new year.

New Year's Day-  Today I just kind of relaxed and didn't do much, and indulged a little again.  This time I had some Burger King. (I know, I know.)  I took my "before" weight and measurements and was pleasantly surprised when I compared these befores to other befores.  It seems I lost a couple inches in the bust and waist. Not bad.

Also I did do SOME physical movement. I did what I will be doing every Sunday- X Stretch from P90X which is an hour long of stretches. And boy did it feel good.

Tomorrow I will start my Abcentric meta along with  better eating. :)

Happy New Year!!!

Happy Holidays!!!

Hello everyone!

First, I want to wish everyone a happy, healthy, holiday, no matter what you celebrate.  Enjoy your holiday dinners and time with family. Even though it is Christmas today, I am still going to get my workout done. I also got my workout done yesterday, which was my cardio/abs day.  Today is another strength training day, maybe followed by some extra stretching.

Another thing I am noticing- I have been wheat free for about a week now, and my appetite/desire to eat has decreased dramatically.  I am almost never "hungry" and I am pretty sure it is leading me to eat too little calories. Which comes to the next thing.

I have been weighing myself daily (Not obsessively, just once in the morning) and at first I saw the weight starting to come off, but the past couple of days my weight is INCREASING. This is worrying me a little but I will try to give it more time-

1. I also started my period yesterday, this could be making me retain water.
2. When you start harder strength training they say weight could increase a little from the muscle gain.
3. Sore muscles (like mine) retain water.
4. (The worrisome one) since I don't eat much because I don't have an appetite, they say too little calories also causes weight gain. I do eat when I am hungry, until satisfied and not stuffed.

I am not taking measurements until I hit the 30 day mark, but I have been told I seem to be walking more gracefully and with better posture, as well as the sides of my face look a little slimmer.  I also think my legs are starting to slim down a little too but that could just be my eyes playing tricks.  It's only been 4 days (today being the fifth) so I guess I will give it some time.

On a side note. I MISS DOING MY TAM!!!!!!!  I really can't wait to get back to it.  It might be just in my head but I don't feel like I am shrinking quite as fast as when I was doing Meta.  When I was doing Meta, the scale and the tape measure both were going down, whereas now the scale is going up and I have no idea about the tape measure yet. Maybe I should take a 10 day measurement just out of curiosity.

Also, it has been suggested to me that I do both Power 90 AND Metamorphosis but I keep thinking "won't one workout undo the effects of the other???"

I know exercise is exercise but sometimes I really wonder about this stuff. Hrm.

Taking a break from TAM for now... but hear me out!

Hello everyone~

Yes, the title is true. I am putting TAM on the backburner now after careful thought. (I have also posted thoughts of holding off on it before)

I am not saying that TAM doesn't work. It does. It's just not working FAST enough for what I need it to do.  I want to lose the initial 80-90 pounds relatively fast and when I am lighter, THEN go back to TAM to refine the work I have done on my body. If my starting weight was around 160-170 pounds then it would be fine.

I am doing Beachbody's Power 90 program right now, and MAY go on to P90X to lose more (I am too out of shape to do P90X at the moment). It all depends on the kind of results I get with Power 90.

Yes, these programs require a lot of weight training and stuff, but bulking up right now is not really on my list of problems. My main goal right now is just to burn off a good portion of the fat I have.  Worry about bulking/toning up/refining my shape later.

But that's not to say that TAM will totally be out. I still want to do the cardio portion for a few reasons.

1. The Power 90 workouts are not very long. Especially the strength training days. I want to add some extra cardio if possible. Nothing wrong with doing cardio every day, now is there?

2. I want to be able to have learned all of the dance cardio (or most of them) by the time I am back to doing TAM.   Meta and Boot Camp cardio is boring and by then I want to be able to dance around.  The choreographed stuff is not just more mentally challenging but physically as well.

I do not doubt that TAM will make you lose weight. I just want the initial flab off faster even if it means doing "traditional" exercise.

Have a great day and I will post my first workout day shortly.

Day 53-56 Metamorphosis

Hi guys!

I've been absent again because I haven't been feeling well- this month's Aunt Flo is really bad this time.  However I wasn't exactly inactive this weekend.  Saturday, I did a lot of walking, I went to two malls to go buy some new clothes for work. I ended up walking around for a long time, at least 3 hours. Sunday, I went to the mall again because I had to exchange something, but had to do other errands and clean up a little bit.  Yesterday (Monday) I really wanted to do my TA workouts but there was a physical factor that made that pretty much impossible. (TMI alert!) Really heavy flows caused me to have to take a sideline for the day, but I did eat sort of carefully considering. (Even though I finished the day with pizza I was good during the daytime and drank a lot of water).

On a side note: TA is supposedly hosting the Self Facebook page and included an article showing some moves.

These are moves from the book, if you do not have the book then this would be a good preview for you!

Have a great day and I will try to get my workout in also!

Rest Day again

Hi guys!

A new week is upon us, meaning yesterday was a rest day. I have nothing to report about working out, but I do have another topic- resisting temptation.

Just a moment ago, I am sitting here at school on the computer minding my own business, then someone sits right next to me with pizza and breadsticks. Yes. Fresh, hot pizza and breadsticks. Just what I don't need to smell! Ugh! If I could I would just take their food and throw it in the garbage. Smells really tempt me sometimes, especially if the food is bad for me. (Funny how that works, isn't it?)

How do I survive sitting right next to a cafeteria without going hog wild? I have several ways around this.
1. Leave all unnecessary money at home. No money, no food.
2. Chew gum
3. Remind myself of my goals and ask myself is this REALLY worth it?
4. Drink water or something low cal and flavored to give my body the satisfaction of having something with taste.

Of course, these don't always work, we all slip here and there, but they work for me for the most part.

What are  your ways around temptation when it comes to food?

Day 33 Metamorphosis

Hello!

Today was a pretty productive day workout wise.  I got an hour of walking around the block in before it started raining and getting nasty outside. This was also one of the most painful walks in my life. Why?

Blisters.

To my horror, I discovered that I had 3 blisters on my left foot (pinky middle and big toes) and one on my right foot (pinky toe). It wasn't my workout shoes that did this. Last week when I did all that walking ( I think I mentioned it here) I wasn't wearing the best shoes. I was wearing a pair of my casual sneakers that I had laced so that they would function more like slip on shoes. Bad idea. No support = my toes moving all over the place = BLISTERS.  So learn from my mistakes and wear good shoes when you're going to be walking around a lot!

Meta MS day 33 got done. Still getting used to the leg moves. I sort of feel like I am getting thinner despite still being bloated from my period. I also want to eat everything in my house, refill my house with food, repeat.  Ugh.

Not much more to say really, I haven't been feeling my best because of my poor toes and my Aunt Flo... But hey, I got it done regardless! Have a great day!

Day 25 Metamorphosis!

Hi guys!

Day 25 done! I did my 25 reps of legs, and I think in the next couple of days I might be able to up it to 30! It's getting easier but my butt is still burning.  However, the 45 minutes of dance cardio I had planned... only ended up being 35. Why? After 35 I wanted to drop and fall asleep right on the floor, likely because daylight savings time ruined my sleep. I was tired the whole day. But hey, it got done and with quality.

I can't believe I only have 5 days left of level 3... Then back to circus moves in level 4, which just so happen to coincide with Aunt Flo. It's gonna be a toughie but I'll soldier through it.  I am also looking forward to having Sunday off- I must not, not, NOT skip any this week! Sunday is also a measure day AND pics!

That's it for today, I have a lot to do before getting day 26 done!  Have a lovely day!

Day 12 Metamorphosis

Hello!

I completed day 12 of my workout, and by now, it is becoming more like an addiction which is a good thing! It's a complete 180 from how I used to be.

With my MS, I was somehow able to muster up the strength to do all of the leg moves 15 times, even that damned balance move.  I found a trick to help keep from falling over- it's all in how you have the supporting leg situated. Tracy has her leg at a slight diagonal in the video and that makes a world of difference.  I am going to try to do 16 reps today.  There is one thing about level 2 that I don't like- the plank move that requires you to be resting on your forearms gave me matburn (like rugburn but from my yoga mat) on my elbows. Next time I'll try putting a towel or something under my elbows because that really hurt.

As for cardio- Instead of doing 30 minutes of cardio, I am doing 35 minutes this week, and every week or two I will be raising it by 5 minutes until I have the endurance to hit a full hour.  I did the Meta cardio with the addition of Beginner Dance Cardio combination 1- not counting the learning segment.  Up to tempo, that combo lasts about 5 minutes.

I have to do my day 13 workout before heading out to see Lady Gaga in concert- who is looking amazing lately by the way- She works out with Tracy too!

Day 8 and 9 Metamorphosis

Hello!

As of today, I have completed days 8 and 9 of my Metamorphosis. However, it was NOT easy. Why? Because of the lovely miracle we ladies get from Mother Nature every month!

Day 8- 2/22

Today I really, really struggled with my exercise. This is the day before Aunt Flo came to visit and when I went to do my MS, it was like someone had come and sapped all of the energy right out of me.  I barely got through abs and arms, and when it came to legs, instead of 25 reps, with great difficulty I could only manage to squeak out 15.  Cardio also was not done, because there was a little emergency that night. Apparently my kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking, and water went all over the floor and into the downstairs apartment (where the landlord lives). So that resulted in people being in my place until about 10:45 at night, too late to do cardio since I have one of the world's squeakiest floors.

Day 9- 2/23

Today was a bit better with the MS.  I was able to power through 25 reps but toward the end I started to feel weak. (Aunt Flo had actually come this time)  Cardio was just soso, I felt sleepy and tired and just kind of flopped through the movements. I also was (and still am) feeling totally bloated and cranky and craving everything junky under the sun.

Today (2/24) is day 10 of level 1 Omnicentric, meaning tomorrow is time for level 2... Lots of planks ahead. Counting on low reps at first since planks are a big weakness for me.

Also, tonight is measurement time!  I weighed in and I have gained even more weight (due to bloating) so I will wait until Aunt Flo takes her leave, then weigh. I will post my measurements tomorrow with my day 10 blog!

Day 3 Metamorphosis

Hello everyone!

I have successfully done 3 days of Metamorphosis... And I have a weight update for you!!!

Starting weight- 273.2 lb
Today's weight- 269.0 lb

Yes. 4.2 pounds in 3 days. And I'm NOT starving myself, although I do work pretty damn hard.

Upped my legs reps in MS work to 22 reps a leg- I think I have somewhat hit my limit, my legs are exceptionally sore now, and not particularly the good sore.  As for cardio, I was able to be a little tiny bit more jumpy with some of the moves but that made me get a little weaker toward the end.  I actually had to stop midway and take a 5 minute water and sit down break because I just felt like I was going to just slow down and topple over. I did finish up the full 30 minutes in the end.

I also started getting those god awful cravings associated with that time of the month- PMS. I was craving almost all day, but out of some miracle, I resisted. The only thing I did was have 1 cup of orange juice after my workout in an attempt to shut the craving up.  My total calories yesterday: 1215.

That's it for day 3- looking forward to doing my day 4 work tonight.

Yesterday and Today,

Hello everyone!

I woke up this morning and the first thing I realized is Ow. My. Ass. (the muscles, that is) Also, the terror known as Aunt Flo has retreated... For now.

Yesterday: Still was weakened from it, but managed to crank out 20 reps of the leg webisode, except for the last move, only 10 reps. I always had a problem with moves involving lifting my leg to the side, I think my hip muscles are a bit weaker.  Arms, was almost able to do all of it. Cardio- a 10 minute brisk walk after because I was feeling pretty exhausted after my MS.

Today:  Due to the soreness of my ass, I decided to compromise with my butt and do 15 reps instead of 20. I was already feeling the burn at 10. Did the abs webisode and arms too.  Cardio I have not done yet- I am at home today and will probably get my beginner dance cardio on in a little while.

Also- an update! My Metamorphosis will be here (hopefully) on Thursday!!!! SO excited!  I will probably spend the weekend watching all of the workouts and looking at all of the material thoroughly and then explain it to you guys, which should be helpful to those of you who haven't ordered it yet and want to see what you get before buying.

That's it for now!

Cleanse Day 2 (evening) and Day 3!

Hello!

I finished day 2 and 3 of my cleanse (doing day 4 today) and I am satisfied with what has been happening with my body. Especially in the weight area.

Tuesday (Day 2) weight: 275.4 lb
Wednesday (Day 3) weight: 274.2 lb
Thursday (Day 4) weight: 272.8 lb

So as you can see, I am losing weight, about 2.6 lb (a little over 1 kg) in 3 days.  I have also noticed another enormous change for me: my sleeping habits. I am in bed by 10:30 and up at 6 am with energy, no crankiness and no morning naps!!!!!  I actually look forward to my morning walks now.

As for my eating- this has been working wonders. I am not hungry during the day, and at night I have been having a serving of fruit or vegetables, and I feel perfectly satisfied.  I also notice that I do not crave junk, not even diet soda. (I tried to drink a diet pepsi just to see, and I drank about half the can and stopped)  I am learning to like drinking water (I used to hate it) and I also see that I am less bloated in the belly, and I notice I am not retaining water in my thighs like I have been either.

Tomorrow is the last day of cleansing before I reintroduce a real dinner back into my diet, as well as real exercise- back to the Tracy Anderson method with me once I am eating meals again!

My thanksgiving plans... AND a new video from Tracy!

Hi guys!!

Well, tomorrow is the big day for Americans- Thanksgiving Day which  means we are going to be around a lot of food.  What are my plans for tomorrow?

I am going to be cooking!  While it won't be the healthiest, it's one day, so no need to stress.  I'm making a roast ham, stuffing, and a few vegetables on the side.  If anything, the killer (and arguably the best tasting of this) is the stuffing, which I will be making from scratch!  Old family recipe and I only make it once a year, and I will try my best not to overindulge.

Knowing I will be eating this lovely stuff, I did a little extra exercise than normal.  I am actually quite proud of myself!  I had to go pick up my paycheck, but instead of driving my car, I decided to walk there and back instead, so I got in a full hour of walking (30 minutes each way) and even though it's pretty cold here, I was sweating when I got home.  After that, I did my Mat workout- 15 reps a leg, walking really burned my legs! and 40 minutes of boot camp dance cardio (step touching).

Speaking of cardio, lately I have been feeling pain in my arches of my feet, my knees and my hips, and I think it's definitely because of the shoes.  Hopefully tonight, I will be ordering a new pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 *recommended by Tracy among a few others* online tonight and having them overnighted to me so I can hopefully use them on Friday when I am working off the yummies.

Last, but definitely not least- just in time for Thanksgiving, Tracy released a new webisode on YouTube- a short leg work section and a new dance cardio routine!  Enjoy!  I want one of those Tracy tank tops they're wearing- super cute!

Have a lovely Thanksgiving, enjoy friends, family, and food- and get back to work on Friday!

Pre-bootcamp training final thoughts

Hello all!

After falling off of the bootcamp wagon due to my physical inability to go further than sequence 1, as I  mentioned before, I am going to be starting with the basics.  If I was lighter, bootcamp would have been much more doable I think.

I decided to give my old friend, Mat Workout another go. I remember it being doable, but very challenging. In a good way! I also only remember being able to do about 10 reps on each leg. My goal- do 40 easily!

I also remembered the fact that I have the Tracy Anderson Connect abs, butt and arms webisodes. I have never actually DONE these, and so I gave them a watch.  Looks like a similar workout to the Mat workout without the chair and I think this will be my next transition after I master the original Mat workout.
One thing I do miss that the older Muscular Structure work has that the new one does not is weighted arms. I remember when I first ever tried Tracy's workout, I saw results in my arms much faster than when I was doing PD1.  Also a huge plus that Mat has against PD series is the standing abs are easy to follow along with after watching it once or twice.

Last, but finally  not least, I have noticed myself tightening up in a bad way- loss of flexibility.  When I can squeeze it in, I will steal my roomie's P90X Stretch DVD- a whole hour of good stretching.  I want to get my hands on Ballet Boot Camp's stretch DVD as well.   Stretching time would be before bed, something about stretching out before bed makes it a lot easier to fall asleep.

Going to weigh in before work tomorrow too, on the GOOD scale. The tricky part will be subtracting clothes weight.  My home scale is loopy, every time I step on I get a different result. At my job, the gym has a scale that gives consistent readings!

Alright, enough rambling, time to go to bed. Got a busy day ahead!

Exercise ruts and some ways to bust out!

Hi guys!

Many of you may know me from the Tracy Anderson Method group on facebook where I post fairly often.

One of my recent posts was about my exercise and diet rut that I seem to be stuck in.

As you can see I used to be very actively doing exercise and somewhat dieting.  This lasted about a month or so and then I got sick, and I took off from exercising.  This turned into over a month now of excuses and laziness.  I just haven't felt like exercising or eating well really.

Giving it some thought, I thought of some reasons for my lack of motivation.

1. Lately my sleep schedule has been really off kilter.  When I was into the exercising, I woke up at a reasonable time and went to bed around midnight. Now its more like sleep at 4 am, sleep all morning until the afternoon, feel like crap for the rest of the day, repeat.   Today I woke up at 7:30 am, and have been forcing myself to be awake for the rest of the day in an attempt to get this back on track.

2. I have been feeling really stiff, bloated, and like I've aged 60 years.  Also my lady friend is all off kilter too. Both I believe are attributed to my first thing.

3. Stress I don't think is too much of a factor, at least in the mental kind of way, but I guess the lack of sleep could be physically stressing.

So the bottom line- GET  MY ASS TO BED!!!!  Haha. All kidding aside, I got a lot of helpful advice and support from my friends in the TA group.  This advice really goes for any kind of exercise rut, not just TA.

- Choose a day to work out and just do it- with the mentality that next time will be easier.
- Start small- build up the amount and intensity gradually until you are back in your old swing of things.
- If the reason for your rut is plain old boredom, switch up your exercise.
- (A funny one) Get naked and do yoga in front of the mirror- ew! Hahaha!
- Keep yourself accountable to someone- be it online or one of your friends. Preferably someone with similar fitness goals/type of exercise that you are doing.
- (For those who are doing TA like I am) Try her boot camp book that just came out.

Speaking of book, that is the number one thing I want for Christmas this year, even if it's ALL I get.

Today I am going to take a walk outside and stretch. I feel too stiff and weird to do TA today, especially in my hips. Ouch!  I think I will hit the Tracy Wagon full force by  Monday, taking today - Sunday to stretch myself out and re-calibrate my sleep.

How do you guys get out of YOUR ruts?

The new Day 2- 10/12/10

Hey everyone!

Today was a half good, half bad day.

Bad news first- I overate a teeny bit on my diet.  My friend and I went to 7-11 and decided to try some new treats.  And, I snacked a lot during the day. Then again that time of the month is very very near so I am not going to beat myself up.

The breakdown-

Breakfast-

Oatmeal- 2 points

Snacks-

Lemonhead candy- 2 points
A lot of rice cakes- 5 points
Deli salami (I was really craving this today and I ate a lot of it... ) 7 points
Lunch-

1/2 of a ramen bowl- 4 points
3 ounces of roast beef- 5 points

Dinner (or "Dinner")

2 corn dogs- 16 points
1 pizza roll- 7 points
1 can of regular coke- 3 points

Total points today... 49, 16 over my 33 limit.

However, all is not lost.

Weight watchers allows an extra 35 points during the week for slipups, or to save for eating out.  But before I took off points for that....

We have what they call Activity points- extra points earned from, you guessed it, activity.

My activities for today-

Cleaning my apartment- -1 point
Tracy Anderson Beginning Dance Cardio- -6 points

Points are calculated based on your weight, intensity, and how long you did it.   Also as a rule, only eat 4 points worth of these activity points max, then deduct the rest from your weekly points.

So the end result: 33 daily, 4 activity (eaten), and 12 weekly points gone.  On a side note, weekly points are purely optional, as are activity points. The extra 4 points you can eat are if you WANT to have a treat.  However,  you should always eat all of your daily points.  (I hope this makes somewhat of sense...)

On the subject of exercise:

I accomplished doing BDC through the warmup and combos 1-3. I do take breaks between songs but then I go back at it.  And yes, I do tire now and then, especially during the up tempo-with music parts, in which case I do sidesteps and grapevines back and forth to the music engaging my arms until I am ready to get back into the actual routine.  I would have done combo 4 but it's late, and I don't want to pester the neighbors.  I do feel it in my lungs still, for sure!  No Perfect Design today, but tomorrow morning/afternoon I aim to do PD1 first, then get through at LEAST combos 1-2 of BDC.

10/11/10

Hello everyone!

Started weight watchers today- beginning with my first weigh in. I wasn't pleased.

New starting weight- 262.5 pounds / 120 kg... Uggghhh..... I have never weighed this much, ever. Well, it's a starting point.

Daily Points- 33

For those of you unfamiliar to Weight Watchers, food is assigned a points value based on a calculation of its calories, fat and fiber.  As you lose weight, your daily points value will go down, causing you to eat less or eat more healthy stuff.

At the beginning, 33 is kind of a lot, gives a lot of leeway as to what I can eat.  Another good thing about weight watchers is no food is off limits as long as you stay within your points value. Also they give you 35 extra per week for splurges, but those are optional.  You can also earn points by exercising, eating those are also optional. (I'm going to try not to)

So here's how I ate-

Breakfast-

Oatmeal- 2 points

Lunch-

McDonalds Quarter Pounder- 12 points

Dinner-

6 inch subway BMT sandwich- 13 points

Extras-

2 cans of coke- 6 points

Not healthiest but Mondays I am stuck at the office/school for almost the entire day.

I did manage to get a good brisk 10 minute walk doing errands for work, and about 5 minutes brisk walking to the bus to go to work.  That earned me 1 activity point which I am not going to eat.

Mondays are also the hardest days for me to do the Tracy Anderson Method because when I get home I am so exhausted, they are my work- class days.   Tomorrow I will crank out some TAM!

So all in all, I did alright today. Alright, off to bed. See you tomorrow~

10/6/10

Hello!

This is my first day back to being healthy in QUITE a while. Just been going through a lot, mostly being sick in some way or another.

The bad news- I didn't exercise. However, the good, no, GREAT news- I kept to the diet very well!  I was just super busy today and didn't have the chance to work out, and at night I am usually tired, a workout wouldn't be worthwhile if I half ass it because I am tired.

Breakfast:

1 bowl of oatmeal

Lunch:

2 cups of romaine
2 Tbsp of Italian dressing
3 oz of lean beef roast

Snack:

1 cup of raspberries

Dinner:

3 oz of lean roast (these are leftovers from the weekend)
1 cup of steamed broccoli

Water- 7 cups

I'm pretty proud of myself. No snacking, only 2 cans of diet coke, and that's it!  Tomorrow I will be doing my workouts.

I also heard Tracy was on the radio today and I MISSED IT.  A couple of people I communicate with on the Tracy Anderson facebook board were on the show! So cool! I'd be so pumped to talk to Tracy myself!

Alright, off to bed now! See you all tomorrow and I'm glad to be back on the Tracy wagon~
