6 ways to get rid of cellulite

Hello everyone!


As most women would tell you, cellulite is a pain in the ass. And thighs.  


However, there are things you can do to lessen the look of it or eliminate it all together.



Cellulite: Not just a fat girl problem.

1. Hydration.  Drink plenty of water to flush out extra salts.  Another good way to hydrate is to eat watermelon.  Watermelon is 90% water and has vitamin A and C which are antioxidants.

2. Exercise. Yes, working out can help, especially if you burn off fat.

3. Caffeinated creams.  These work (temporarily) by drawing water out of the affected area to make it look less bumpy.

4. Laser treatments. Very expensive but very effective, there are laser treatments on the market like Cellulase that slices the connective tissues that cause dimples, make the skin thicker, and melts fat where it is used.

5. Bronze.  Fake tanning can help minimize the appearance because darker things usually look smaller.
