Low carb yumminess~!

Hello everyone!

Today I had another good low carb day!  18 grams total. (My goal is 20-30)

Breakfast was sausage and eggs, lunch was a bratwurst (boiled) and steamed broccoli, and dinner was Korean ox bone soup.

The soup is insanely good if you like beef and I think it has 0 carbs!

It's also very inexpensive to make at home. It just takes a long time to make. Worth it!

Not only is it tasty, but it is also quite nutritious otherwise. If I had the time, I would make it myself.

Have any of you tried this?  Do you have any good low carb, easy recipes!
