 Hello everyone!

As you may have noticed, this week I have not really worked out.  

This is because my time of the month is being really painful.  Which brings me to the next question-

This is all I've been feeling like doing this week.

When it's YOUR time? Do you work out, or take it easy?

I have read that exercise on your period can actually help the symptoms,  but in some women it really does make it worse. 

So, should you work out with your period?  The answer: Use your judgement!
