10/10/12 Food/Exercise Journal

Hello everyone!



I am proud to say I followed my diet plan pretty well yesterday.  I didn't take a starting weight (will do this morning) but I will post tomorrow.


Yesterday-

Breakfast
2 packets of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal

Lunch
2 crunchy tacos from Taco Bell
Dinner
Korean Clear Noodles stir fried with vegetables
Kidney Beans

For exercise, I walked about an hour while running errands.


Today, my walk will be a bit longer, as I have to be out and about.  I also plan on doing that bodyweight circuit I posted the other day later on.  For my cardio I think I may do Addicted to Sweat disc 1 (the easier dance).
