Trampoline Workouts for Beginners

Hello everyone!




So, a while back I wrote that I tried Tracy's trampoline workout.  To be honest, it's pretty difficult for me to do (especially all those kicks) because I am fat and have shitty balance.


Then something came to mind: A long time ago, Tracy was on some now defunct news show with 6 moves to do on the trampoline that are pretty basic and easy for the beginner.









They are basically your basic jumping jacks, cross steps, small side kicks, etc that aren't quite so fast and complex as the workout on her Trampoline DVD.


Just thought I'd put this out there again, as I also want to start rebounding again but the workout did discourage me a bit.
