For my readers who like seafood

Hello everyone!

I am not a fish or seafood eater myself, but I am sure some of my readers are.  I found a list of the worst restaurant seafood dishes in America. Not worst tasting, but worst nutritionally.

In an article called Fish that Makes You Fat, they list 6 dishes that are far less than ideal.

PF Chang’s Shrimp with Candied Walnuts
1,380 calories
104 g fat (16 g saturated)
1,830 mg sodium

Red Lobster Crispy Calamari and Vegetables
1,520 calories
97 g fat (11 g saturated)
3,050 mg sodium

Cheesecake Factory Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo
1,570 calories
37 g saturated fat
2,249 mg sodium

Applebee’s New England Fish and Chips
1,930 calories
138 g fat (24 g saturated, 1.5 g trans)
3,180 mg sodium

On the Border Dos XX Fish Tacos with Creamy Red Chile Sauce (with rice and refried beans)
2,170 calories
130 g fat (32 g saturated)
4,200 mg sodium

Perkins Captain’s Catch
2,400 calories
144 g fat (30 g saturated)
5,030 mg sodium

It's not the fish that's bad, it's mostly how they cook it (mostly battered and fried) that makes them bad for you.  The article also lists alternatives to these foods.
