Morning Banana Diet Day 2- 3/12/2013

Hello everyone!


Day 2 of my Morning Banana Diet went like this:


Breakfast: 8:00 am

2 bananas

Lunch: 12:00 pm

1 package of Sapporo Ichiban Original ramen
1 hard boiled egg
Fresh green onion slices

Snack: 3:00 pm

Chocolate cream cake

Dinner: 5:45 pm

Korean potato soup
Rice
Natto (fermented soybeans)


Exercise: Gentle stretching for an hour (P90X stretch).(Supposedly stretching for an hour burns 300 calories, I don't believe it does but that's what MyFitnessPal says) Folding laundry, and cleaning up around the house.
