Morning Banana Diet Day 1- 3/11/2013

Hello everyone!

Last night, I was up all night sicker than a dog, throwing up and everything.  This morning, I started the Morning Banana Diet. (I mentioned it before)

I figured bananas won't upset my stomach. I was correct.  I feel much better now.

I did skip lunch for the sole reason being that I woke up at 12:30 pm.  So I had brunch.

Brunch: 12:45 pm

2 bananas with water

3 pm Snack:

Mini chocolate cream cake (I love how Japanese sweets come all individually wrapped and portioned out FOR me so I am less likely to eat an entire package of these things.)

Dinner: 6:30 pm (should eat no later than 8 pm)

Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen that I put a softboiled egg on top as well as some chopped up green onion.

I ate until I felt satisfied, although with the ramen I also got pretty full feeling on the broth.  Also, when you add egg and other healthy goodies to the ramen like I did (and like you would get in a ramen restaurant in Japan) it feels way more filling and satisfying. I also only had one package, instead of my usual 2. 

I am not counting calories, carbs, or fat grams etc.

My starting weight: 293.4 pounds/ 133.36 Kg.

Exercise: at the time of this posting I did not exercise yet ( I was on the phone all day being on hold) but after I digest my dinner, I will be on that.

Bedtime is also at midnight. (I hope.)

Hope everyone else had a good day, I feel pretty good myself.
