My apologies for the sporadic posts this week!!

Hi guys!

I haven't posted much this week (which is actually pretty unlike me) because I  have been having some really annoying problems with my internet connection.  It's still not 100 percent fixed, but at least I can  get on, for now anyway. :)

So far this week with weight watchers has been really good,  I did eat all of my flex points but nothing over that, and I am getting better at staying within my daily points range.

I did receive a question from a reader- are the journal pages helpful?

For me, they are.  What I did was copy the format of the journal pages into a blank notebook I had laying around.

Here's the link to where I got my format-

Click the first link (for the excel file) and that's what I use.

Also Weight Watchers is making me realize I actually did eat way too much.  I have 33 points, which may seem like a lot, but it somewhat isn't, especially when it comes to eating out, or eating something not-so-healthy.

Starting the Tracy Anderson exercises again on Monday, yesterday I was out running errands and walked about an hour, today I walked a lot too.  My goal is to do Tracy at least 4 times a week, building up to 6.

I'll blog again later tonight about how my day went in more detail- (it's not over yet!)

  1. Hi there,

I've come across your blog a few times and wanted to stop by and wish you the best in your endeavors.

I'm also an avid fan of the Tracy Anderson Method. I don't do Tracy Anderson exclusively, but I'd say she makes up 80-90% of my workouts.

Best of luck to you and I'll be sure to stop by from time-to-time.

    Cheers!

  2. Good job with staying on plan so far! As far as making the most out of your points, I challenge you to start eating cleaner. It is incredible how much MORE you can eat when you're eating whole foods and lots fruits and vegetables. I'm currently eating 1400 calories a day (which is what, roughly about 18-20 points?) and while that doesn't sound like a lot, I'm never hungry because I actually get to eat a lot of food. It's just food that's not super high in calories. I think it'll be a lot easier for you to stay within your points if you're not eating out/eating processed foods. Just a suggestion. :)

  3. I'm with screwdestiny. Seriously, doing that TAM bootcamp diet helped me to see this. I am eating a lot "extra" (mainly more protein) on it and I plugged in the stats just to see because I was sure I must be eating a ridiculous number of calories. I'm not. It's around 1500 give or take 200.

All the best with building your workout stamina! You can do it (if I can ANYONE can). Have fun.

ps: I'm not as mental as my last comment would lead you to believe... honest ;0)
