I eat things up and write them down

Hello everyone!


I decided to start posting what I eat again, so here's how today went so far.


I'm also keeping a journal in a real notebook!

Breakfast:

2 poached eggs, and a smoothie made of 1 cup almond milk and 1 cup of frozen strawberries (it's like a slushie!)

Lunch:

My tofu veggie stir fry (made with olive oil spray instead of actual oil this time) 

Dinner will likely be stir fried vegetables with some beef this time.
