Food Journal for August 9, 2012
Breakfast: 9:00 am
1 cup Fage 0% yogurt
1 cup each strawberry/almond milk blended
Lunch: 12:15 pm
2 cups of vegetables stir fried with 1/6 pack of tofu (one serving)
1 cup organic 2% milk
Dinner: 6 pm
2 cups of vegetable stir fry with 4 ounces of beef
Sorry if these aren't that exciting, but it's a way I am trying to keep myself accountable.
