Hello everyone!
Here is my food journal for 8/8/12. I feel a bit better, no nasty TMI today.
Breakfast: 8:30 am
1/2 cup Fage yogurt 0%
1 cup each frozen strawberries and almond milk blended together
Lunch: 12:30 pm
2 cups of stir fry vegetables cooked with 1/3 package of firm tofu and olive oil spray
Dinner: 5:45 pm
2 cups of stir fry vegetables and 6 ounces of sirloin steak
1 cup organic 2% milk
