Hello everyone!
Here is my food journal for Friday, 8/10/12.
I was out and about today, hence the Taco Bell lunch.
Breakfast: 8:00 am
2 poached eggs
1 cup each strawberries and almond milk, blended
1 cup organic 2% milk.
Lunch: 12:00 pm
2 crunchy tacos from Taco Bell
Diet Pepsi
Dinner: 6:00 pm
2 cups of stir fried vegetables with tofu
