New diet plan

Hello everyone!


As I mentioned earlier, I did come up with a real diet plan for when my appetite comes back.


It goes something like this.


Breakfast:


Fruit + almond milk/kefir/or plain yogurt. (Organic preferred) and some walnuts


Lunch:


Vegetables, sometimes with some strawberries or something. Cooked or raw doesn't matter.


Dinner:


A protein (eggs, tofu, chicken breasts, etc) and some vegetables.


Also trying to drink nothing but water and avoiding starchy and processed food.


No grains, gluten, sugary fruits, etc.
