Day 1 Meta Ab

Hello everyone!


Today was my first day back to TAM and being low carb.


The diet went ok but my workout I wish went better.


Instead of dance cardio, I walked for an hour to and from work in sweltering heat.  I did my MS- 20 reps per leg. I was also much more mindful of my form today and I really felt a difference.  I am sitting here with a sore butt right now (muscles) and that's good. I wish I could have had the energy to do my DC but today was just too tiring. 


Eating was okay- I had a total of 20 net carbs- my target for each day, or less. 


Alright, I am super tired so off to bed with me.  Have a good night!
