80s Workouts

Hello everyone!


So, if you are undecided about your workout routine, or want a change of pace, there are still some workouts from the 1980's that are still very great for your body.

I found an article explaining which ones, and what they do for you. They discuss Jane Fonda, The Firm, and others!


For now I am going to stick to TAM but I have friends who also stick with the oldies- Buns of Steel, etc.
