One of those days

Hello everyone!


After a pretty lazy (and food filled) weekend, I woke up today feeling like I needed more sleep.  I still feel like I need more sleep. Ugh.


When my alarm went off this morning.


I also have been having a terrible stomachache all morning.  I think it might have been this bad eating weekend catching up with me (I don't even remember what I ate exactly, but I know I flew off the handle). 

How do you normally handle recovering after a fattening, lazy weekend?
