This is something I've been toying with in my head for a while and I think I'm going to give it a shot. I've talked about the macrobiotic diet before and upon taking inventory of what is in my refrigerator, it's safe to say that I have a good amount of the kinds of foods that macrobiotic dieters eat (brown rice, vegetables, tofu, beans, miso paste, green tea, etc)

So, I am going to give it a shot for a week. No long term commitments. Just giving it a try to see how it feels, how the cooking impacts my life, weight loss, etc and I will report here.
