Hello everyone!
As I mentioned before about trying a macrobiotic diet. Today, it didn't happen. I even had pizza (2 slices) today. It seemed that everything kept me from doing that part right. I did eat outside food and stuff but kept within reasonable portions, etc.
Taking it one day at a time, to avoid self-hating, etc.
As for exercise, I took a walk for an hour and got a bit tired, I am on my monthly but trying to make the best of it by not letting my cravings or cramps get the best of me.
Hi there! Have you ever tried Whole30? I've read through your blog for a lil bit now and I've noticed that you have followed a similar path as I. Whole30 broke the vicious cycle for me. Cheers~
