Hello everyone!
As you know, I have been covering Madonna's upcoming workout DVDs. Well, I decided this time to touch on something else Madonna/fitness related. Her diet. What does she eat?
According to the internet, she eats a very strict Macrobiotic diet.
What IS a macrobiotic diet? This video explains it a bit.
It's mostly vegetarian and grain based. No dairy, and if they do eat meat, it's fish and even that is sparingly.
Also, I have heard about the blood type diet and if that has any validity, then type A blood types like myself would do well on this diet.
What do you think? Try it? Not try?
