It's Friday!!! And for most people in the US, tomorrow starts a 3 day weekend, we have a national holiday on Monday. The weather today is lovely too... Supposed to be tomorrow also, then back to hot. :(

ReplyDeleteI have been following your blog and I think it is fantastic that you are doing it! I have had the same feeling the past few days because of the monthly. Recently I have been testing my pH to stay on the more alkaline side of the spectrum and i have noticed a HUGE change in my energy! I feel on fire! I have been stepping up my workout because I have so much extra energy. My sugar cravings, which used to be a battle, are nothing that cannot be satisfied with a piece of fruit. I have also been able to completely get rid of caffeine, without a hitch. It may be worth looking into. Hope this helps and keep up the good work!
