Hello!
Today is Sunday, August 1st and this is the last day before I begin my first month of the Tracy Anderson method! I'm making sure to get good and rested and to enjoy a few treats (like Coca Cola) before I kick off my diet and exercise tomorrow! I will try to do the PD1 DVD before my dance cardio unless I have work or something in the morning, in which case I will at least do the dance cardio before work, then PD1 before bed (if I do cardio at night, the downstairs neighbors will complain. They are not home during the day, luckily).
I am really psyched and excited, I will be weighing in every Monday, measuring in every month.
