Hello!
Today, I had such a hard time getting motivated to exercise. I have no idea why, I actually felt horribly unmotivated to do ANYTHING. However, after some asked-for prodding by my friends, I got up and did it.
Breakfast:
Brown rice and an egg (from now on, unless otherwise said, rice means brown rice!)
Midmorning snack:
Protein shake
Lunch:
1 cup of whole wheat pasta and 1/2 cup of sauce (leftovers from last night)
Midafternoon/post workout
1 protein shake
Dinner:
Green beans, rice, soy sauce and 4 ounces of boiled firm tofu
Exercise:
Roxy, I just wanted to say that you are doing so great recently, your diet looks great and I'm so glad you're keeping up with the workouts--you are doing awesome!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I try really hard, trust me! It's not easy~ I do however need to up the cardio. I think that is why I am seeing results, but not as good as I expected. I do 10 minutes of cardio here and there and I need to commit to that too I think. Muscular structure appears to be only half the battle!

Diet and cardio are key to losing weight--the toning really set you up nicely but to see results, it's all about cardio and diet--the two worst parts in my opinion ;) I could do leg lifts all day but some days dancing is TOUGH! Keep us updated how upping your cardio goes, even if it's just a few minutes each day!
