Hello everyone!
Last night I made a video about something I have been wondering about- Sure, walking is great exercise, but when it comes to a fitness routine, does walking as in to school, to the store, etc count as part of that walking?
I am wondering this because I am starting school next week and I will be having to do that extra walking a couple of days a week.
What is your opinion on this? Comment below!
I think so because i would walk a mile daily for my exercising and as long as ur sweating u r burning calories.
ReplyDeleteCount your steps!! Lots of people do this. I think the goal is to achieve 10,000 steps a day.
ReplyDeleteIf walking is part of your lifestyle ( as in no car) than no. Walking on top of that is exercise
