Yesterday I mentioned that I was only able to get through 30 minutes of dance cardio, then needed to take a nap for an hour. I was supposed to do my MS last night, but I was so exhausted by the end of the day that I just fell asleep when I got home.
Hey, that's great! I remember reading a quote from Tracy in some magazine where she said that she'd prefer for people to get in 30 minutes of exercise daily then trying to do lengthy 2 or 3 hour sessions to make up for missed days. As long as you keep moving, you'll see results!
