Hello everyone!
As I said before, I tried out the Beginner Workout and the Dance + Cardio DVD and I have watched Precision Toning as well. Another detail I may add- I now have the Perfect Design Series workouts 1-3! They used to be 29.99 each, I got mine for $8 on Amazon.
I also have a theory that at least, to me, Metamorphosis seems more like a maintenance workout. Why? I have heard Tracy say that to lose weight, optimal workout is an hour each of MS and Dance Cardio, and that 30/30 is something Tracy did to appeal to the masses better.
So, here is what I want to try! My plan will be in several phases.
1. Work on the beginner DVD until it is easy. I would say that I am about half way there.
2. Next, work on the Precision Toning DVD. She says in that one to do it before Metamorphosis. It's an hour long and from what I hear, QUITE a challenge. It may take quite a while before I am really decent at it.
3. Progress through the Perfect Design Series 1-3 until it's easy-ish. Again, this will take a long long time. The goal here is to use these long MS workouts to lose my weight.
4. When I am strong and (hopefully) much thinner, go on to Abcentric Metamorphosis to tone up more and to maintain my weight loss.
All the while I will work on the Dance + Cardio DVD until I am good at it and can jump through it for the entire hour. Starting of course, with only 30 minutes and when that starts getting easy, bump up to 60 and then when THAT gets easier, add jumps.
Yes, this will take a while. And yes, food changes are needed. I'll log that too (with pictures sometimes because I like to make my food look somewhat pretty).
For now, this is what I have for a long term plan. I may add the 30 day Boot Camp in there somewhere but I'll cross that when I come to it.
I think April 1 is a good day to start, checking my weight and such.
I'll post a bit about how I'd like to eat tomorrow~ Until then, I hope you had a great day!

More of What I Have Been Up To
Hello everyone!
Now that I'm back, I have a couple things to say, like stuff I have been up to workout wise during my little break.
While I haven't been the best eater, I did finally give a couple of my DVDs more of a chance!
I started out by trying out the Method for Beginners (the second workout with the complete MS workout) and the Dance + Cardio DVD (Finally!)
I really have to say this- If you are out of shape like me, and you do the DVDs to the best of your ability, you WILL be sore. Don't let the word "Beginner" fool you. The first day I did it, I went gung ho because it felt easy, only to be nauseated and dizzy with 5 minutes left of the 30 minute workout.
I also have Precision Toning, but I am definitely not ready! I have a little progression plan in mind, but I will cover that later on.
For now, I have to get back to class but next time I will discuss things in more detail.
I hope everyone had a great day!

I'm back!
Hello everyone!
It has been a REALLY long time since I posted last. It's from a number of things but mainly that school was busier than I expected it to be and takes up a LOT of my time.
I have been fitting in workouts here and there but nothing consistent enough worth talking about...Yet. Also I need to work on my eating.
However, I will go back to posting every day! (Most days of course!)
This is just a little update, I'll have a real post for you tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great day and check back soon!

Hello everyone!
Today is day three of going wheat-free and I really think that so far, this is what is best for my body in terms of feeling healthy and losing my weight.
I have actually found a place to get gluten free chicken nuggets for a cheaper price than normal. If you have an Aldi supermarket near you, check it out. The location near me has them in 1 pound packages for about 5 dollars.

Tiny little things (I noticed that seems to be a trend among gluten free chicken nuggets- they're tiny!) but for the price, pretty good.
I also discovered that these (if you like spicy foods) are delicious dipped in good ol' sriracha sauce.
Tasty firestorm indeed.
The other gluten free chicken I have tried were Tyson's and Ian's. To me they all taste really similar, but cost a lot differently. Aldi brand -> Tyson -> Ian's.
Have you tried any gluten free chicken? How did you feel about it?

Hello everyone!
Today is my second day going gluten free, and as usual, whenever I do this, I feel so much better. No joint aching, a bit of an easier time getting out of bed today, and I am lighter.
I have been weighing myself every day since the new year started. Official weigh ins are on Sunday but I weigh daily to keep track of how I react to things.
I have lost 2 pounds literally overnight since yesterday. That should say something- that I need to f***ing stick to it already.
On another note, I am thinking of video blogging again. Not daily, but perhaps weekly because I have a busy schedule coming up.
I also took a nice long walk today- about a half an hour. That's all I have time to fit in today, but it's something.

Sometimes a good walk is enough if you keep your diet under control, like I did today.
I hope everyone else had a nice Monday too. Two weeks into the new year, don't give up on your resolutions!

Hello everyone!
Warning: Depressing post ahead.
I am really not liking how I am feeling lately, and I think it has more to do with what I have been eating as opposed to my cold.
I also gained weight. About six pounds since the new year leaving me at my heaviest EVER. I feel sluggish, tired, and really inflamed in my knees.
Now that the weather is better, I must go grocery shopping and get me some real food. Grain free if possible, gluten free if not. I can't fail only nine days after the new year started. Not acceptable.
On the other hand, I do feel confident to move up in my workouts to the harder beginner workout and adding some dance cardio in there. The first workout (which I did today) hardly made me feel anything. I graduated. At least there's that. Next step is Metamorphosis.
I can't wait to get back on the horse- I am going to try my best to eat like Tracy- lots of vegetables, protein and minimal grains and dair and lastly NO gluten.
Also back to drinking lots of water and lemon water.
Tonight or tomorrow I will be able to do my shopping and get this show on the road before school starts in a couple of weeks. Let's do this.

Hello everyone!
It's finally started to warm up (I use the term "warm" very loosely) and I am also feeling a bit better.
I have been reading some things on Tracy in regard to diet and the main points I keep coming across are that she is 100% gluten free due to her being allergic to it (like me) and eating organic food.
Sounds nice, if it wasn't so expensive to eat that way.
Lately I have noticed she is pushing more along the lines of "do my workouts and eat a balanced diet" instead of her old diets involving juices and very low calorie foods. Hrm.
Then again, she is still trying to sell her shakes, vitamins, and her (mega expensive) food plan.
I do like the whole idea of being gluten-free though. After all, I also feel heaps better when I eat like that, and it even makes exercise easier because of the inflammation leaving my knees.
On a side note, I hear some people are already working out with Tracy via XBOX One.

Buying an XBOX One isn't really in the plans for me any time soon, but if you or someone you know has tried working out with TA using it, let me know how it went in the comments!
